What I think happened

-dumb bytch really thought she was at her apartment
-heard someone inside
-got trigger happy and wanted to catch a body to brag to her coworkers and friends
-swung open the door and started firing on the first person she saw
-right away she realised it wasnt her apartment but the damage had already been done
-went into panic/desperation mode thinking about HER life after this event and didnt give a fukk about saving him
-DPD coached her a story and are doing everything they can to not have her convicted of anything

How much more evidence do you need that Botham Jean’s death was an OBVIOUS case of race related murder? If Botham Jean was Billy Jenkins that bytch would have at LEAST administered some sort of aid. You are talking about utilizing logic in a case where, from the very beginning there IS NO fukkING LOGIC. How many stories can we pull from this fukking decade of a COP entering the wrong apartment and killing an innocent person? She was a trained officer of the law, and she CHOSE to shoot an innocent black man and ALLOW him to bleed to death. She CHOSE this course of action. Why? At this point I'm not sure how people are making the killing some unfortunate accident. She sat up there and said, once she heard someone was in there, it was follow my commands exactly or die where you sit/stand. She told us that and people still coppin pleas. She then didn't render aid, nor did she perform cpr even though she was equipped to do so. Instead she began immediately covering her tracks. Her defense tried to use the position of his shoes to justify self defense. Am emergency worker had to correct them through his testimony, that they moved his shoes to work on him and that he was at the for of his sofa. Don't know what else people need to see. Amber Guyger herself gave you motive and forethought even if they don't need it to get murder in Texas. Crime. Failed to render aid, crime, and engage in tampering with evidence. CRIME. any sympathy I had for an unfortunate accident is long gone. What happened to the dark was room that you couldn't see in? So much so that you hot side with a perfect shot. Come on y'all

Now what really pissing me if it's the news coverage. They are covering her crying over and over. Not talking about covering her tracks. Not talking about how she gave a person who was completely unaware of her presence no CHANCE TO SURVIVE, and how she didn't even render aid to this dude.

Does anyone know what the actual charges are for the case? I think manslaughter is definitely a slam dunk, I'm not too sure on the murder and I think I heard that causing bodily harm might be another charge as well. She should be getting at least 20 years behind bars.

To be clear, I think she should be found guilty. I just think a 10 year sentence is fair. Granted it would be some bs compared to the sentences they give us...but from a purely objective standpoint, I think anyone would deserve 10 for this.
