Nah bro... judge has been very fair.
Honestly shes doing an outstanding job...
I've never said that before about judges.

Watching how she handled the lead investigator situation... and just the handling of the court proceedings in general...
I'm very impressed
I just wanted to hear those recording I guess you have a point.

The prosecution bringing in all those witness saying they had issue with the wrong floor, or door before, should back fire. I know a lot of people have done this, but most of them catch themselves at the last minute, and well before entering their key, including seniors. It has nothing to do with the design of the buildings. How do I know, I've done this myself years back, maybe twice, but at least once, when I was living in these apartments. Both times I was coming home from a club in the middle of the night, after dancing and drinking. No way could I have done this after getting off work, overtime or no overtime. And both times I caught myself. I lived in apt 302. When I saw I was walking towards 202 while digging in my pocket for my keys, I froze. I can't explain it, but some kind of instinct kicks in when you start digging into you pockets to unlock your apartment door. It's in your subconscious to look at those door numbers when your enter your apartment , since it's surrounded by other apartments. And anything else unfamiliar at the door, like a red door mat, will stand out. There's no way around that, especially if you had no door mat at all, like Guyger's apartment. That red mat was more obvious than seeing red flowers at her door, or seeing that UPS or FED EX dropped something off in a large red package. You're going to notice it, again even more so if it's a mat you never put there, a red door mat at that. And if I actually heard some noise too, then no way am I'm going in there without double checking my apartment number. As a matter of fact, that would be the first give away, and that's probably one of the reasons those drunk racist tenants testifying for her, didn't get as far as she did when they made the similar mistake. I bet none of them ever went as far a sticking their key in the wrong apartment door. Those racist tenants testifying for her, know she went in their looking for blood, pretending she thought it was her apartment, but they're trying to identify with her. The only reason you will feel your life was in danger, is if you suddenly found out it was you in the wrong apartment, hoping not to get blasted, the way I felt. She's trying to flip the script because she knew this was a Black man, and everybody would see her as the victim instead.

Her going in there just to kill Botham doesnt make any sense brother
Let's not use emotion and use facts and logic.
This broad was planning on getting some more married Mexican dikk later on that night after work.
I doubt she was looking to just go kill somebody.

The Indian looking tenant, I forgot his name, said his wife went to the wrong door b4.
Another lady said she was on the wrong floor twice, one of those times she put her key fob in... but it didnt work.
She also did say, like u said...
U just feel that something isnt right when ur not on ur floor.
But even with that feeling her dumbass still put her key in the wrong door.

So the whole question of did the cop lady accidentally go to the wrong floor and door, seems like something that the jury will just take as fact...

Her actions after getting to that wrong door, will be the determining factor of her guilt

I got off work plenty of times, with a booty call set up. But who messes up like that without something else on their mind.

I wasn't here to argue whether someone actually stuck their key in the wrong apartment door before or not, I'm sure they have. But most people don't. So that Indian looking tenant don 't mean anything, That was my point, and this could work against the defense, especially since none of those tenants testifying are Black. Most Indians, even those half ones, never did care too much for Black people anyway, even the ones with very dark skin. I'm sure those 5 sisters know that by now. If anything, that half Indian should have been using his wife to show she wouldn't have done the same crap Guyger did. Or he should have just kept his mouth shut. Like I said, I been there, and I have insight as far as how most would react upon approaching the wrong apartment.

It's Guygers emotions that are in judgment here. And I see no logic from her at all. I never said she was out looking to go kill him that night, but you really don't know. I still think she was a time bomb ready to go off, and she didn't care for this brother living up stairs one bit. It don't take but a split second for a racist koo koo bird to decide to murder a brother. And thanks to the George Zimmerman decision, it don't have to be a cop. And you can't tell me that decision didn't give these racist beer drink cops the green light. Whether it was premeditated or not, she chose this opportunity to kill a negro. The force is full of them.

Be honest. Do you think she would have shot him twice in the chest if she thought he was White? And if she found out he was White later, do you think she would have let him die like that, without at least talking him through, and giving aide until the paramedic arrived. You don't even need training for that. That's human nature, especially if you shot the person. These are the real issues, and not if she couldn't wait to get home and kill this brother. I guess that would be hard to prove. But again, you just don't know.

44 bricks...acre shaker
Smh... the prosecution's witnesses said they had problems with going to the wrong floor and door...
This was obviously a real issue in that building...
No white supremacy behind that..
Just bad floor planning by the builders of that complex
difference is ..they realized they were at the wrong spot...n went to the correct one...nobody died..

I guess u can say the biggest difference was none of them had a gun on them...
We dont know how we would respond in a similar situation...

I doubt I'd just be shooting blindly at muthafukaz tho...
Then not trying to help save their life once I've realized my "mistake"

You making this a super racial thing bro...

I'm taking this more as self centered, untrained, inhumane type thing.

I dont even think she gave herself time to register what the fukk was even in front of her before she let off 2 shots ..
Black/ white, man/woman child...

I was thinking, what if her friends and fam was trying to surprise her and throw her a surprise party in her apartment... the bytch woulda just shot her fukking grandma cause she was reckless...

It may have been because he was black... it may not have been.
That's all speculation...

There are facts in this case that can bury her... and that's what I want to focus on

No I'm not the one making this a racial thing. It is what it is.

and as Tariq pointed out, the cop she was texting throughout the incident (including 2 days afterwards to arrange a celebration) just so happened to have shot an unarmed black man for "reaching in his pocket".

What an interesting 'coincidence', the man she feels closest to before, during, and after the shooting also has a history of killing unarmed black people. People gravitate towards people they align with ideologically.
