Code of the locker room. Its carny but who is Reby Hardy of all people to disobey it?
Wife of the current champion and step sister of the biggest star in TNA? Reby is a part of Matt's group on screen. She may not be a signed wrestler, but she is a on screen talent and her on screen role is more important than Kong's. Matt Striker and Miz dressed in the hallway because their marks for the business. Simple as that anyone who didn't grow up a massive wrestling fan would scoff at carny shyt like that. Kong probably isn't the only one at fault but for all we know she could be. We have no idea what happened other than Kong attacking Reby. Why would on-screen talent getting dressed with the wrestlers be a problem? Reby's not just a guest anymore she's a part of the show like everyone else and she's a wrestler too.

I don't think any Knockouts have said anything. I haven't seen anything from them on Twitter.

I get that Kong was wrong for violence against another employee but what business sense does releasing Kong make? And do we really need Reby to get Matt over as a heel? Him being whipped by Reby is hilarious but so unnecessary.
If its true that she put the baby in danger then her crazy ass gotta :camby: breh

Two things:

1. A baby has absolutely no business being anywhere near a wrestling locker room.

2. Kong is 38 with a bad back and mental issues. WWE definitely doesn't want to deal with that. She can go elsewhere. :camby:

It cracks me up reading posts where people are acting like its still 1979 in the territories.:mjlol:
This is a workplace and Kong assaulted a co-worker.
While I wish TNA had not released her I can't hold it against them for doing it. You can't be beating people up at work regardless of what personal beef you and the person you fought may have.
Kong fukked up.

When Kong and Reby worked the indies together. And Reby has a very public history of mouthing off to KOs and Divas.
If the KO roster is thin as hell, why release a much needed KO? Reby can't bring anything to KO division and Matt is not big draw (check the drop in viewers when TNA can back to the States).
Jeff is injured and it seems like he's bidding his time until he is able to return to the WWE and retire. TNA need to use this opportunity to find fresh young talent. Instead, they put their main title on Jeff's brother. Without Jeff, Matt is nothing. Just look how fast TNA dropped him in 2011. With their piss poor decision making and wasting perfect chances to grow, TNA is a struggle promotion.

There is a slim chance that Kong can come back to the WWE and stay in NXT because they don't even acknowledge TNA and the altercation was with un-singed enchantment talent.
It would take some troll shyt to get Kharma back to WWE, and I'm pretty sure WWE is so far away from TNA, that at this point, they won't even try to bother doing it. Again, the risk/reward is not favorable to an company who is likely to keep getting sued.

Second, if WWE wants to have anything to do with Jeff Hardy again, why would they provoke him by bringing in the attacker of his sis-in-law? I don't think they need Jeff, but they really don't need Kharma.

Diva ranks is too packed as it is, unless they need to establish a big bad again. That would create more diva faces though. NXT could use Kharma, but that's it.

The Divas ranks too packed :dahell: ever since the "revolution" it's been the same handful of Divas wrestling each other.

the low end. southside chi
Bubba the love Sponge made a joke directly after the massive earthquake in Haiti. Not sure what was said but Kong asked him to apologize, he refused, so she whooped his ass. Morally i see nothing wrong with that. Professionally it was stupid. I feel the same about Reby.
Yea... you can't be throwing hands at work

They might have a zero tolerance for that or its the fact she's a repeat offender

Yeah, but do you really think they have the space to give an uber-heel that takes two people to beat her? shyt, it's hard to even find a legit challenger to Charles....she has to dumb herself down. But okay, bring in the female Brock Lesnar to a division that made her only true competitor heel already :pachaha:

Only outcome I see is Charlotte going face, then Kharma retires...and they're left with...??

When did Reby provoke Kong? We don't know anything that happened except for Kong attacking Reby.

How is releasing Kong backwards? So they should have pissed off their world champion and their biggest draw to keep someone who had nothing left to do in TNA?

Jeff Hardy is the biggest star TNA has. That's why the company is built around him, it's that simple. Who should they build around? Their isn't much affordable young talent out there that would make a difference. TNA isn't a struggle promotion. Their still the best option for most wrestlers in America other than WWE. If their a struggle promotion then every indy ever is a struggle promotion.

Breh, the Coli loses all logic when it comes to anything Matt Hardy related. Like you said, if it was the other way around people would be calling for Kong's head. And you can't put your hands on someone in your workplace & not expect to be reprimanded.

While it was over a decade ago, IIRC Fatt Harvey bought it on himself with TSC.
This. I ignore the blatant caping and put that to the side for this. I ignore my dislike for Matt and Reby and put that to the side for this. Kong hit Reby supposedly because Reby was disrespectful. Whatever the reason from a company standpoint TNA didthe right thing but they also need to evaluate who Reby is and not bring on a known locker room cancer just to please their non-draw of a world champion. I have to assume ROH didnt bring her on for a reason when Matt did this same gimmick there.

I don't like Matt or his wife, I've made no secret of that but I 100% agree with this

1. Reby is a known shyt stirrer
2. Hardys clearly are not going anywhere. Jeff is never going to go back to WWE
3. Kong is lower in the ranks, so we knew as soon as this happened she was going to go
4. It's not 1970s anymore its 2016. WWE wouldn't put up with that shyt from Kong either

That said, TNA should still keep Reby separate from the rest of the lockerroom or should have spoken to both separately before bringing Reby in to make sure there were would be no issues. Maybe they did do that, but no one here as much as most of us dislike Matt and his rat-- have to admit that there was no other way for the company to real go on this.

IMO from the get go they fukked up even having her in the same radius as Kong in the first place without vetting it first.

Kharma used to get Attitude Era pops and legit ratings....something Jeff only started getting after that second run.
