What position was the interview for?

Did you meet anybody from TV? If so what were your impressions?

:gucci: You make a thread saying you were asked to detail the process then proceed to give no details. Neg pending.

How ugly and talentless are you that you didn't get hired but James Ellsworth did :lupe:

There's no need to be mean. This could be informative.

Digital production team. Writer and producer for the website. Didn't meet anyone from TV. Creative was in a meeting while I was there.

Did you see Stephanie?

If so how was that ass looking in real time?

I did not, but the McMahon's and HHH are at the office regularly.

How much of a wrestling fan are you?
Did it become a problem during the process?

Who is in charge of the final process?

Looking back, how long you think you would've lasted?

Did you try to get involved with another wrestling promotio? Or try to get a gig on TV?

I've watched wrestling since I was 7 years old. I'm 28.

No it didn't. The guys who work in digital are very, very knowledgeable. They know about other brands, etc. While WWE is geared towards the casual fan, staff involved in direct operations is anything but casual. Like some of us, they took a break when the product became unbearable.

The team I'd work with was ultimately responsible for the final decision.

I would have lasted over a year at the minimum. It was the perfect role to help me hone my writing skills while becoming more proficient in the digital space.

I have not. No other wrestling promotion can compensate like WWE, plus I live in NYC which makes WWE the only local brand to apply for.

I didn't answer the last question.

I was blown away by how much they accomplish with the size of the staff they have. They employ just about 1000 people give or take and they have this machine that runs like clockwork. While I have gripes with the in ring product, I left with a feeling of confidence that I'd be in good hands there.
