jordan was 21 years old coming in after 3 years of college. Wiggins was 19 years old coming in after 1 year of college.

lets wait until wiggins 3rd pro season before we start comparing his stats to jordan. I don't know if he'll shoot 50% like Jordan. but I do know he'll be considered the best SG/scorer of his generation in the same way Jordan was considered the best of his.

wasn't a believer early on. but I watched every Kansas Jayhawks game post-christmas and saw every minute Wiggins was on the floor. dude reminds me of 80s Jordan in terms of build and natural skill. only difference is he's taller and longer. there shouldn't even be a debate. duke is the clear cut #1 prospect and I'd say best to come out since LeBron.

If thats what he means I agree. Wiggins has extraordinary potential. Just not trying to put this on him yet. That kind of expectations make alltime great careers get disparaged. Look at Kobe and LeBron. 2 alltime greats that still dont get near the respect they deserve because they "arent Jordan". I dont wanna see Wiggins compared to Jordan until he has 6 rings in 2027

He was the number 1 player in HS, the number 1 pick in the draft, expecting him to be a superstar or all-time great wing is a given.


You took it a step further by saying he's the next Jordan, just passing by high impact wings that aren't Jordan but still all-time talents.
