Afri-ca is a Latin word.

The general Scipio Africanus earned the latter nickname after he defeated Carthage which was regarded as the Capital of the African continent during the Punic Wars.

The Punic Wars literally defined the course of history for the last 2200 years.

Does that make yall want to change your names? I don't have a European name... my parents changed their name after leaving christianity.

I've chosen a new name, but I havent gone thru the process of getting it changed officially through government

I still have my French slave master's last-name and the European first-name that my mother gave me.

I'm gonna change it officially tho.

I'm not passing this slave-master shyt down.

shyt is disgraceful.

I get triggered when I meet French people with my last name.

Do y'all think Asians & Americans also wallow in self pity because their continent and the countries in them were named by and/or after Europeans? or do some of y'all think that only black people should be held up to this standard and be shamed by this?
