The ironic part of this thread is that you guys who don't vote are doing exactly what the Republicans want you to do. They've been working overtime and pulling out all of the stops to keep you guys away from the polls and you're making it that much easier for them.

I work for a nonprofit and we concentrate on educating people about their voting rights during election season, and some of the complaints we received today are mind-blowing. Eligible/registered people being turned away for no reason or being forced to cast provisional ballots (which may not be counted), poll workers asking for photo ID when there is no law requiring photo ID, precincts closing the doors on people who have been waiting for hours.

If you haven't voted already then its pretty much too late, but ask yourself this: if voting was just a waste of time, why in the hell would they be trying to so hard to keep you away from the polls?

I used to really care about politics, especially during GW's first term. I wanted him out so bad, but then when I saw how they gave us John Kerry as the alternative, at that point it all became very transparent.

Yes sperm is alive.

Without a body to be in embryos are just excess bodily fluid. Go read up on some of the laws pro life advocates fight for. If life starts from the point of conception then condoms, birth controll pill, etc would be outlawed. You can't have it both ways, if preventing life is wrong, bussing a nut in a napkin is wrong.
