He has the look down perfectly but is too much of square to act like he is from the streets. If we had wesley snipes persona in his body it would be the perfect Luke Cage.
He was perfect in Girls Trip as the corporate scumbag husband, but I don’t buy him as badass superhero in Harlem. He plays the character like a black Captain America.

in his defense his character is a former cop. 99% percent of black cops are cornball brothas, and any black person thinks it's a good idea to fight crime in "his" community and help out the police in real life is probably on some :mjpls:. So to keep it real his portrayal is probably more realistic :pachaha:

Idk, this season was dope. Probably better than the first one (first one fell off when cottonmouth died)

Bushmaster was dope... dude could fight with Luke 10x’s better than nikka playing Danny Rand could, the story was deep with a lot of twists, Lukes father was dope, etc.

Only time I fast forward was when these awkward LONG ass musical cues.

I’m not going to spoil it, but this was a dope season and better than the first.

he only 18 years old:whoo:
Dude was cool but his shyt was wayyy too long

I actually had to skip.

They were literally showing this dude only for like 30 seconds at a time and I was like I’m not here to watch a nikka do a cover of BB King

His second song actually factored into the plot. That's why. Bushmaster was giving a speech about how the blues comes from the ancestors and how each note meant something or another. I thought it was deep/dope actually. I also think Netflix was trying to give the young breh some exposure and help him breakout.

Oh and :dame: at the bolded. (Sorry, i am a coli poster)

Nah it wasn’t that part

It was the first one

I knew what the second one was about and the fact that it had something to do with the story somewhat

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
I hate when people try to go with the "____ isn't REALLY the villain" while ignoring all of the lines the character freely crosses. Motives don't mean shyt when you're dropping bodies and being a snake to fulfill them. A character's actions are what make them a villain, not their purpose alone.
Like I said. Every person Bushmaster killed was either a criminal piece of shyt or directly connected to Mariah. Killmonger killed his own fukkin girlfriend for no reason whatsoever. Bushmaster's whole family got MASSACRED by Mariah and he STILL spared her daughter. The bytch killed men, women AND children. And that's after her family killed his moms, pops, and even shot him at 13 years old. Killmonger was 9 when his father got killed. For one. He didnt WITNESS his father get murdered. He came and saw him after the fact. Bushmaster watched his mom suffer and get burned alive right in front of his face. A 9 year old is scared and confused when they witness death. A 13 year old is going thru puberty and old enough to understand death perfectly but also isnt emotionally stable enough to deal with the pain. Bushmaster ain't kill nobody innocent. And none of his family or friends. Killmonger did.
