They're doing a good enough job holding themselves back while pocket watching more productive people. These nikkas acting like they have some insight that the rest of us don't have. These dudes are grown men and are talking like some edgy knowitall teenagers.

They just don't understand that older people just can't see the vision. They expect people who picked cotton for 12 hrs a day for $3 a week, to see a life working 5 hours a day from home and having everything you need.
They seriously need to find some real life friends who are living the life they dream of, so that magic can rub off on them.

Companies who have tested it have seen improvements in productivity switching to a 4 day work week. Companies have also reported the same since implementing remote work.
Even myself I have noticed I am way more willing to stay online for an extra hour or two to get things done since working from home. Back in the office, if I was to be out at 4, I would start packing up at 3:45 and literally once the clock hit 4:00:00 I was out the door and in my car.
I get it, as a country we have been conditioned to a certain way of work, but we can get the same results and even better results doing less. Why not adapt to it? Has nothing to do with being lazy.
