I got mixed feeling on this one, I partially agree with mowgli's statement. Without being biased, anyone can logically deduct that granting women more rights will indirectly lead to the emergence of a more promiscuous / sexually liberated society

What im saying is people have different ways of making money off of the woes of their people. By mayhem i mean criminal activity. In America crime is promoted to assist businesses in making money off taxpayers for prison owners. Crime in Saudi Arabia isnt as rampant as it is in the US. There is less infidelity in Saudi Arabia. There is less divorce there. Obviously a nation that restricts their people is going to want to maintain that status quo even if their methods are heavy handed. Its a new set of problems that they arent going to want to deal with, like white people making sure minorities recieve great public education.
