I've had atleast one bad knees for at least 10 years now, result of playing years of soccer and basketball. About 3 years ago I finally went and had it looked at and was told that I have loose cartilage and a chipped bone in my left knee needing microfracture surgery. Also found out that my patella doesn't stay in place as well as normal patellas do meaning it slides when I plant and turn. After getting a shot and having an MRI my knee felt as good as it felt in a long time. So I said screw the surgery and kept playing on it. A year ago while playing I planted and my knee dislocated. We were able to pop it back in on the field and my knee was sore for a few months. Since then I haven't played any sports. I know I should get the surgery, but I'm holding out.

I have an assumed partial SLAP tear in my shoulder. MRI didn't SHOW the tear (they don't always), but showed everything else that accompanies a tear. shyt makes my shoulder unstable as fukk. Prolly gonna opt for a 'scope next check up :noah:

I broke my tibial plateau in March 2011...just got my hardware out (plate 6 screws), partial meniscus removed..microfracture, all in one stop

Tore my left ACL... twice.

had surgery in 2006. haven't been the same since. I still play from time to time but I'm much slower than ever. The weight gain isn't helping either.

When i play if I'm not wearing the proper knee brace the knee gets kind stiff but no real pain and it goes away after about 6 to 8hours.

Tore it twice but only needed surgery once?

Itll shi t, cause taking weight off puts lets stress on ure knees...but in order to lose weight, u need to be up moving around more, which the knee isnt letting u do :rudy:

mind f uck
