All the tater tot haters. Hear me out. Up in the PNW we have a restaurant that serves tater tots or what they were referred to for most of my life as Mexi-fries and they are not the soft mushy tater tots that you all remember as kids, but they are crispy and golden with a hint of Mexican spice to them.
