It this is true yikes. If you got PS+ on a discount from Sony they're gonna erase that discount when you upgrade to a different tier by making you pay it back.
So if you got $30 a year for 3 years instead of paying the full $60 then you paying $70 per year to upgrade instead of $40. This assumes they know what you paid though which in some cases they would and in some they wouldn't.

I never played any of the OG God of War games or Sly Cooper series, and I noticed they aren’t included on the list although they are on PS Now currently. I started God of War I HD on PS Now (streaming has been fine for me), but there is no way I’m going to get through all of those before the new service goes live and the games get removed. Are these worth getting on the PS3 store before it inevitably shuts down?
Redeemed my free one month voucher for psnow and since I have plus until 2026 I will be pspremium until 2026, when the conversion happens.
