i see what you mean. Kinda like those guys were considered too "grown" for them and society would have looked at them funny but once they pass 30 it doesn't get funny comments anymore so it's a whole new batch of "eligible" men for them.

Yeah I think people in some cultures tend to have these wild age gaps in dating.
More than other cultures, anyway.
I'm not suggesting that men or women in their early 30s shouldn't ever date someone older.
Just that I think there can be a false sense of hope there because the generational gap still matters and always, ALWAYS shows up sooner or later.
But those are things that tend to happen when you're single for a long time. Eventually it's just natural to expand the pool from which you're searching.

My aunt and I went to the mall last year. Shes 47. I was 19. Shes BEAUTIFUL. Who did the nikkas my age holla at? Even some dudes her age later on in the day.
Women aging is not something us Black women have to worry about
