Did you see the state of Vitali's cut?

I still contend that vitalis cut was caused by lennox raking the tape of his gloves across vitalis face, wasn't from a punch. Anyone have a gif of when the cut happened? I'm 100% sure it wasn't a clean punch that did it.

IIRC it was from a lewis punch that wasnt 100% flush, more grazing from the knuckle area that started the cut. then repeated tagging opened it up

It was the hard tape that grazed his eye and cut it, not really from a punch
Lennox was pretty dirty in that fight anyway so i think it was done purposely

I watched a dude suffer a brutally broken jaw, continue on and win the fight. I watched a dude with a concussion, fall around on the canvas and didn't remember anything after the 2nd round, continue on and win the fight. I watched 2 fighters with a broken orbital bone continue on and go the distance. If Vitali wanted to CONTINUE....he should've been allowed too. The Doctor stopped the fight, not him, so why would I say "he quit"?

He was beating Lennox Lewis 4-2 over the 6 rounds they actually fought, Lewis claimed he would fight him later that year in a rematch, and then retired out the blue. If he was confident he could win, he wouldn't have turned down the rematch and the purse that came along with it. Simple as that.

Who is saying Vitali quit? I certainly didnt, so i dont know who you're arguing here.

Vitali LOST they fight he fought with Lewis via TKO, even though, he won 4 of the 6 rounds. Thats the bottom line and the fact of the matter. There was no fukkery. Lewis Fat old ass TKO'd a prime Vitali.

watch at 1.29 thats what caused the cut, and its legit punches. if you watch it in super slow more while squinting hard you're right, it does look purposeful

Wlad didn't throw because he was scared of getting caught. Tyson kept catching him when he came in due to his immense reach. It's like he did a Wladimir on a Wladimir.

I've always said this as well:

Are you wearing Wlad glasses? It's easy to look good against fighters you know have no chance or don't have the skill to land their shots. That's why he's so dominant. When Anthony Joshua's ready we'll see if you say the same thing about Wlad. When Wlad fights someone that knows how to slip punches & get to the inside we'll see. Or fights a skillful fighter his own size.

Truth be told I though Wlad would catch Fury & hurt him at some point during the fight because of the Cunningham fight.
