It’s stupid to say that Omega won’t be over, especially if he debuts to a huge pop at the rumble ala AJ Styles.

I honestly want him to go to the WWE, to see how he does :manny:

Hopefully he does less goofy anime shyt, and is more smug/arrogant

no way kenny goes to wwe. he doesnt have to and he knows it and hes boys with jericho so he prob knows all about the politics and bullshyt. deal with politics and bullshyt with comapany you worked for before or join your friends in a new company? no brainer.

A retirement deal. He’s 35 and has been in Japan for a decade. I can see that. He doesn’t work a full time schedule now but I imagine he won’t have to in WWE neither. Rey Mysterio and Daniel Bryan signed limited date deals

People said the same thing about Styles. Then he came to WWE and became one of the top merch movers overnight and still is and he also became a good promo
Again, AJ styles didn't make his name in Japan, he made his name in the US during the best run of TNA, he was a cornerstone guy for that promotion in the U.S. people knew who he was from being the #1 guy in TNA for years. Omega made his name in Japan. Please stop using AJ styles as a comparison to Omega, they are not the same. AJ was in TNA sharing screen time with Angle, Hoegan, Flair, etc...people that are on north American wrestling's mount rushmore.

Word Aj styles was popular in 2004

His star power plummeted when TNA plummeted. New Japan rehabbed him. Kenny is a bigger star today than AJ was when he signed

Kenny could only be the star he is today because AJ Styles put a lot of eyes on NJPW and the Bullet Club. AJ's NJPW run doesn't happen, the entire course of history changes for NJPW, Bullet Club and Omega.

And saying Omega is a bigger star today than when AJ signed is dumb as hell. Because AJ was a bigger star when he signed than Omega was when he signed, AJ was a bigger star when he left than Omega was at the time and even in the toxic WWE environment AJ proves himself to be one of the biggest stars in wrestling today.

Omega will have no problem being successful in the US, which is the actual discussion, but at no point should he be propped up bigger than AJ Styles.

On the post WK WOR show Dave and Fumi Saito (japanese reporter) said that AEW will probably only have 1 show in the first semester. They are thinking it will be in May.

Given the success of All In going down on the Saturday during Labor Day, they should try for Double or Nothing on the Saturday during Memorial Day Weekend
