At the end of the day they can have all the financially backing in the world, but if they don't have an audience or TV deal then they it doesn't mean anything.

I feel like selling out the arena for All In gassed these guys up to think they're draws. Outside of a couple of supershows this year, it's not like people are flocking to see them perform at ROH shows. Even those last couple of NJPW US shows underperformed, and apparently the buyrates for All In were real weak.

I dunno....good luck to them, and I hope they succeed, but they got a long way to go to even get to ROH levels.

I just hope Omega stays with NJPW. The rest :ld:
Back when the rumor about Khan getting into the wrestling biz was first floating around the talk was that he has a connection to AXS TV and that is where any promotion would be airing.

But you have to have a starting point somewhere and ALL IN provided proof they have a GREAT starting point.
Millions of cats follow the Being the Elite show and many over the world have seen them in various feds. So they out there already and clearly already have an audience.

Now they just have to parlay that with moves like the one they making.

They not gonna be current WWE in one day no.... but over time who knows.

I will admit WWE being how it is today been like this so long that people forget how the WWE used to be but there was a time when they too were small. Its taken them 40+ years to become the juggarnaut they are.

Its like we never respect that and give anything new that same patience. The narrative normally is "be WWE level today or youre a failed brand" and thats not right

The moment Zack Ryder makes the jump :wow: "What is he doing here? Get him out of here! Take the cameras off him!"

"If you're trying to change the channel, don't bother. The blue brand taped his show earlier in London. 'The Man' made Flair Jr. tap with the armbar`. Yawn. Ziggler made the jump and did his best HBK impression defeating the champ with seven superkicks. Stay here on Dynamite, where the action is LIVE!!!".

Yeah...sort of lame...double or nothing is wack too because it implies the all in gamble was a loss lol if you go all in and lose then a double or nothing bet is a means to forgive the debt ... Double or nothing communicates all in was a L:mjlol:

They should of called it double down...

The numbers are in for the first-ever ALL IN special, and the news is pretty good.

In what turned out to be the highest rated show on the station for the entire day, the "Zero Hour" pre-show that led into the ALL IN pay-per-view this past Saturday night averaged 196,000 viewers on WGN America.

By comparison, last week's episode of Impact Wrestling on Pop TV drew 225,000 viewers and Lucha Underground drew 168,000 viewers on the El Rey Network for their latest show. It's worth noting, however, that they are established weekly shows that air in prime time, whereas the ALL IN pre-show aired at 6pm EST. in a brand new slot on a brand new station.

They had eyeballs at 6pm EST on a Saturday night during a holiday weekend on a network that isn't available everywhere. I think the audience is craving an alternative to LOL__(fill in the blank)___WINS and 50/50 booking. Big thing is translating the interest in All In and Being The Elite into year round live events that people will want to attend and sustaining interest in a weekly wrestling show. If they did a big live event every quarter in months WWE doesn't have one of their Big 4 (for example All In September, Event in December, event in February, event in May), they could be onto something.

I just feel that this indie wrestling bubble is about to burst.

I hope I'm wrong. But we'll see.

Either way, it would be far more benecial to see real money pumped into ROH rather than starting from scartch with a new promotion.

This will also be very interesting to see how this changes the dynamic between ROH and New Japan. I assume The Elite still want to work in Japan and for the promotion to have a working relationship with NJPW, but that could create some issues between NJPW and ROH. But it's hard to even see what ROH even have to offer NJPW now. In a couple of years they've lost The Bucks, Cody, Adam Page, Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly among others, and have created basically no new stars.

Sinclair Broadcasting is a multi-billion dollar company and has owned ROH for 7+ years. They've had the chance to pump a lot of money into ROH and haven't done so.
