Has meltzer spun this yet ? ( and I don’t want him in wwe not sure why they offered him a contract anyway ) but according meltzer everyone in the world is rushing to AEW . I can see Dave :yeah umm he wants to just do other things and he’s 37 but a old 37 umm and he didn’t want to bring down AEW if he can’t go like the others look at the roster Cody Kenny glacier these are top ring level talents .

WWE throwing the bag at him to keep him from going. It's actually good thing for those people who hated the dikk druids.

They offered him a contract he turned it down as well they reported before. He may have some great mind for wrestling maybe especially if he’s cofounder of pwg .

My only problem with the AEW build up is how they're ignoring how big peak TNA was. They keep saying Vince hasn't had a challenge in 18 years but peak TNA got over 2 million viewers going up against Bret Hart returning for the first time in 13 years.

I'm hoping for nothing but success to AEW but just had to point that out.
Right. TNA was actually competition for awhile. They never came close to WCW's level in the 90s but they were still strong competition. People forget about TNA from the mid 2000s and only want to remember it from the Aces and Eights era and beyond.

He's actually going to be 40 in the fall. Guess he wants to secure the bag from WWE. There's also this from that article:

Then, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported that WWE had contacted Ryan about his interest in coming to NXT and possibly transitioning into a coaching position in a few years.

They've been hinting at this for several weeks on Being The Elite by the way, with the constant references to Candice LeRae

Joey probably looked around at where things are & realized that since everybody is signing somewhere, he'll be even more in demand on the indies. He could sign with Impact & still work everywhere else :yeshrug:

JR tweeted that TV starts in October. Rumor on twitter a while back was that their debuting the same week SmackDown moves to Fox. Still don't know the day but it would be weird to debut the same month the NBA gets going again on a network that runs NBA games on Tuesdays & maybe knocks your new show out of their timeslot so early, so I'm guessing they'll go Wednesdays.
