any round Peterson didnt clearly win, he lost because he didnt land nothing. Swifts punches were clearly harder and more effective. Had Peterson fought like he did in the later rounds earlier on, he wouldve won with no problem. but the fact is, he didnt. its not ring generalship if you are not throwing or landing.

the first half of the fight was even but sixth on, it was all peterson. danny never hurt peterson but danny looked fukked the last 2 rounds like close to getting dropped.

I'm saying Peterson gave away half the fight. Garcia was awarded his rounds by default because Peterson treated the match like a sparring session instead of a championship bout. They keep score in these.

Peterson was clearly the better fighter but fukked around too much.

To give away rounds means you have to be doing nothing while the other guy is somewhat landing aggressively. Danny wasn't landing shyt early on and Lamont was pot shotting.

Hell Garcia didn't look good until the 5th round.

Where Peterson fukked up was the middle rounds. Once he started backing Garcia up, he should have stayed with it. That dancing and showboating shyt doesn't impress judges.
