They didn't specify how many years before "BB" it was. It's kinda like his origin story. He'll still be a lawyer but from what I understand we'll get to see how he got all his connections and power.

They said we could see Walt, Jesse, Gus, etc. around town....obviously not much, because this is before he knew them. But it would be cool if he went to eat at Los Pollos Hermanos, for example.

I'm just interested to see what Saul does outside of work. We only ever seen him in his office, or somewhere being a lawyer. What does he do on a Saturday night? Who is his friends? His enemies?

I guess Saul wouldn't be that much younger for most of the series. Of course we may see back when he was a young lawyer on the come up. I bet he was your typical stand up lawyer and then something happened that made dude realise that life isn't fair, and you have to get it however you can.

Saul doesn't seem evil, just a guy that knows how the game works and uses it to his advantage.

not really sure what he has outside of work though, dude doesn't seem to have a family or anything like that, or maybe he does. Like I said before son got 0 characterisation and was only there to get Walt and co out of trouble.
