let's be honest wire fans want to act like season 5 never happened. im a wire stan, but BB has had nearly flawless execution down the stretch and I'm a huge fan of the cinematography and direction in the show. i need to go back and watch the wire again because i watched it in college, but right now i'd have BB edging the Wire if i had to make the comparison.

Breaking Bad lets its characters act implausibly (for them) to move the plot forward, noticeably more than wire/sopranos.

One thing BB does as well as anything IMO though, is visuals and cinematography. So many memorable shots in this show.

I hope they release the director's cuts of these episodes. In the podcast last week they said this episode had 15+ more minutes. We seen around 6-7 due to the extended running time.
