Just thought about a new possible ending.
Walt becomes Gus. He makes a deal with Lydia to cook for her again if she can assist in whatever reason he goes back to New Mexico with the M60. His entire family, including Jesse is likely going to be killed or taken from him. Gus could have been a foreshadowing of what Walt becomes: A kingpin, but alone. Notice that Gus had no one or nothing in his life outside of his front and the drug business. Same could possibly happen with Walt. That's his "small victory". Just a thought.
P.S. I remember in Saul in Season 2 saying that based on what he heard about Gus that he reminded him of Walt.

Gus was alone, but not because of the meth business. Keep in mind Gus was big shyt back in Chile, so much so that the Mexican cartel was afraid of killing him.
