This nikka Walt has got to have one of the worst family's in TV. I mean Al fukking
Bundy had a more loyal family and he was a fukking bum. Every single one of these mufukkas was eating well and they got the nerve to catch these colossal feelings over being lied to?? What right do they even have to be questioning the bread winner? I hope Walt takes that m60 and shreds them ungrateful pieces of shyt.
All that aside, incredible episode. Had me :Lupe: damn near the entire episode

"What does a man do Walter? A man provides for his family. And he does it even when he's not appreciated, or respected, or even loved. He simply bears up and he does it. Because he's a man." -Gus

We should keep in mind that while Shelly's Ozymandias is about a fallen king/ruined kingdom, the dude who destroys the world to save it in Watchman is also named Ozymandias.

pretty much dude was battling cancer, could have said f it and just go through treatment racking up medical bills nad leaving his family broke and desolated. But instead he went out there and risked his neck and made money, provided for his damn family. They never questioned when there belly was fully with steak, when that new shiny vehicle was driving no dumb ass flynn enjoyed that steak and 5 dollar tropicana pulp free orange juice. Skylar cheated and walter still took her back, hank would have been a damn cripple if it wasn't for walt, a ll these ungrateful good for nothing scum.

After all walt did they couldnt pack up and go with him, hell if i came home and my dad is like were leaving son we gotta go, I'd be like lets go, i respect my father.

Poor walt got stuck with a cheating ungrateful, going behind his back lending money to dudes she smashed in the past, a disabled son who had the nerve to talk back to him and question his authority.

Because Walt went and got goons, and Jesse went and got the DEA. Walt even told him over the phone, "I'll be sitting here, at this time, so we can talk, if you want to shoot me in the head, go for it". Walt accepted the beef was on like :manny:

Jesse ran to the cops. That's a no-no breh.

:ohhh: at something I just heard from the podcast.

Walt's head broke the ground when he fell over after Hank got shot. I didn't notice it before, but the ground cracked, like he was a statue falling over. It was a visual special effect nod to the poem "Ozymandias". Re-watch the scene.

What did you think of Vince not seemingly as excited about the next 2 episodes as this one? I was kinda thinking "C'mon friend, don't let us think the best is over with!"

the scene where Walt tells Jesse he watched Jane die, was acted amazingly by Aaron Paul

Jesse was completely broken in that moment, but I believe it wasn't because of Jane and Walt's confession. When Jack and Todd were talking, you could see Jesse pleading with Walt to not let them take him. Then when they started dragging him away and Walt says stop, Jesse had a shred of hope that Walt would save him once more. But then Walt hit him with Jane, and Jesse knew it was over. After everything that just happened, Jesse hoped that Walt would save him, even if he knew it was foolish, it was the only thing he could hold on to. With that confession, Walt completely and fully destroyed Jesse's soul. After that Jesse just stopped fighting, and let them drag him off.

I took it with a grain of salt. He jokes around a lot. In the same podcast he said "eh, nothing much happens in the next two episodes, Walt sits around meditating" and the whole room started laughing.

Walt always looked out for his family and their future should he pass (the $80 mil).

:beli: Walt's former business partners offered to take care of his medical bills and family in season 1. He rejected the offer and decided to enter the meth game. Vince Gilligan said that's the moment he broke bad. He risked going to jail, getting him or his family hurt or killed because his pride wouldn't let him accept his former business partner's help.

Making 80M to leave for his family was never something that entered his mind when he decided to do that. Skylar had to show him how much money he made to get him to stop.

So Walt being the reason Hank died had nothing to do with that?
