Ive been watching the entire series over the course of the last few weeks. Im up to the end of season 5 pt 1 and Walt just killed probably the realest dude on the show for no reason whatsoever

Walter is definitely a dead man walking at this point. He's pretty much lost his sole purpose for doing all those horrible things he did for the sake of his family. He's managed to burn a lot of bridges and destroy a lot of lives in the process. The 11 million dollars that he has now is pretty much worthless I think as he doesn't have that much time left to live due to the cancer. On top of that, its money that was meant for his family in case he passed away due to cancer. Definitely pride before the fall here. I'm kind of curious what he'll do with the money as we see him looking rough and rugged in the flash forward scene when he comes back home. I think he'll go out guns blazing as he's lost his sole purpose for staying alive. At the end of the day, I think that Walt became his own undoing. The phone call with Skylar all but confirmed that as you can see that he knows he's lost it all and there is no turning back. Walter White will die as a dishonorable man. Heisenberg however, will live on as the legendary man whom cooked up 99.9% of crystal meth.
