And they tied another knot when he said he wanted to give himself up, he sees no point in killing Hank because he basically doesn't want to live anymore.

That's my conclusion at least, another one would be that he thinks he's gonna get got regardless so why destroy his family that will be there for his kids and wife.

Walt ain't Tony...
Tony is a old school I don't give a fukk, you cross me you're dead mob boss...Walt is more calculating, he knows for every action there's a consequence and he's not in a position right now where he should be offing people... Hank has no evidence, all he has is suspicion...Skylar is back on his good side but killing Marie would surely change that with the quickness so there is no reason to off either one of them...Jesse ain't snitchin and Lydia is well...Lydia...

now you want him to kill all of them ?
do realize if walt kills hank, the whole ABQ will be code red and marie or skylar would go to FBI
if walt kills skylar, hank would get his whole unit on walt until hes dead. also, no real reason to kill someone he still loves and leave his kid motherless
if walt killed marie, see #2 + hank would make sure to kill walt himself
lydia is the only one he couldve killed (and prolly shouldve done before) with little repercussions
even scarface had rules. he had to kill manolo because of his family. he had 'no kids' rule as well. and scarface in general is an essence of gangster caricature.
