as you can get about "sad Jesse"....this was one of my major complaints about the first few eps of season 4....but in this ep it makes perfect sense because it ties into the speech Walt gave in "Say My Name". Not only did Jesse see a little boy get murked, Walt flat out told him 
"this is blood money, why do you want it?".
to see Walt so mad at how Jesse is acting. The thing about manipulating people, they don't always react how you want.
