I recommend you read @Rhakim 's breakdown of ICE and what it is and educate yourself. ICE isn't the sole enforcer of immigration laws and only has existed since the bush admin. Not trying to be condescending because like I said in the thread I'm linking, the issue is most people think like you and ignorant of what they actually do.
