only thing I disagree with her on is being too open on social media.

She's going to be making some uncomfortable votes in the future and she's going to play herself when she's mum on some serious issues.
I feel :flabbynsick: when it comes to social media and my general disdain for it. I grew up at a time right before it took off where the idea you don't put your personal information online was a common piece of advice and having a sense of a private life was still valued. I rarely hear the former as a piece of advice anymore as everyone and their mom, literally, now have to put EVERYTHING on social media and I still have disdain for it and don't participate it out of principle. Deleted my facebook a while back because of this.

But, the reality is that this culture has already won and taking over and not going anywhere and all the new future leaders and younger crowds are more likely than not are also going to be on social media like she is. Its the new normal. So she won't be unique in having this issue you're describing. I think the folks as a new generation comes along, which is what we need, will start to more and more fit into this mold. I don't like the culture myself but I've accepted my :flabbynsick: mentality on the issue and accepted this is what is normal now.

At this point, I welcome our new younger leaders and in fact I think its necessary. Time to flush the old folks out. They are too comfortable and when you get comfortable, you lose any fighting spirit and get complacent. I mean why rock your boat that has been working for you for 10-20 years in office. What drive is there actually to do anything that matters? Younger people and newcomers will have the passion and fire in their belly to get shyt done. The Democrat party desperately needs this.

I don't know how people don't see this.

She's not moving strategically out here.

She's not planning for a long career with how open she's being.

I support her worldview, but she's going to flame out. She's dealing with people who've done this their whole lives and are a lot smarter than they look.

She's about to find out what's REALLY going on out here...
