I agree with what you say about tough being relative. Like I said, I wouldn't have trouble making it. But I'd also be one of the ones sleeping in my office to save a buck - and why rent an apartment to only use parttime in a city where people have trouble finding places?
i honestly don't get what the big deal with sleeping in your congressional office is and why more don't do it. they have access to top notch bathroom facilities, a gym and it's secure as hell. if i was single then sure i would need my own place (or at least a roommate situation) so i could knock down all the p*ssy that would be thrown at me. but if i have a family back home, who do i need to impress in DC? i'd be walking the halls of congress at night with shower slippers. it's the aides who are hurting out there and don't have access to capitol hill offices at night.

i wasn't commenting on her situation, just commenting on living in your congressional office in general. as for her, if she wants to do that she should take the train to DC for her orientation and all the other preparation shyt until she has access to her office.
