Just gonna put this here now to quote in the future when it happens: It's going to be real interesting who she decides to endorse between Bernie and Warren or if she just doesn't endorse it all(worst option).
She came up posting on Bernie's reddit page, has said Bernie got her back in electoral politics, endorsed the social democrat playbook but with her new fame she's got thousands of #StillWithHer followers in her Twitter replies that hate him. Look at the second part of the second tweet lol -- she's getting really good at politics speak.
I don't know why she has throw in a defense of her Bernie shoutout as if it's a bad thing then juelz about Warren/Castro who have met with AIPAC, Netanyahu or had an advisor meet with them so they could duck a photo op. Castro is terrible lmao
I don't know what Pelosi said to her in the meeting they had but she's obviously under pressure. AOC and her chief of staff had to mutual part ways because of that one tweet shytting on the HouseDemocrats
If she picks Bernie, she will undoubtedly lose the party leadership support she has and will get ratfukked by Pelosi. They're already talking about redistricting her. I get she's not trying to rock any boats yet and I'm not saying she's doing anything incorrect. It's just a tweet and like she said "folks may want to read into it" but guess what she's gonna have to to pick a side.
It's not the 90's and endorsements don't matter much but the optics of it will be important. Warren didn't do it in 2016 because she was getting vetted as a possible VP for Hillary

I like AOC, what she did to win her election in NY is the blueprint for progressives. But it seems to me she has gotten ideas in her head about her future which is making her less bold in the present and more into PR type clout chasing moves. I don't like it.
If she doesn't endorse Bernie she is going to lose a lot of her hardcore Progressive base. I don't think she has enough mainstream support to shun/go against their wishes yet, maybe down the line she can be more autonomous but not in 2020. She needs to be civil to Pelosi and other Establishment types but realize where your power comes from, being bold and representing the people aka being a hardcore Progressive. Tlaib and Omar seem to know that way better than she does.

Her trying to both sides the Ilhan "all about the benjamins" stuff at the very beginning was the indication like breh c'mon. She shouldn't have had to been moved to her side. And now trying to put Castro with Bernie
Out of the squad, Tlaib is the only one I can say is 100% behind Bernie. Pressley will probably go with Warren. AOC and Ilhan I can't get a read on their support. I wouldn't be surprised if she chooses not to endorse until there's a clear projected leader between the two under the guise of not trying to create division lol (Even though that will create division as well)
She would never tweet something like this today because of people who follow and interact with her

Yes, not giving Omar full throated support when she first caught hell, being quiet about Venezuela and while I think her concerns about the border and illegals is genuine her press tour was a little too self-serving for my taste.
But everyone makes mistakes and have differences of opinion. I still really like her and have big hopes for her future.

She's fukked no matter what. Not picking either would be a bad look like and she'll piss off the supporters of whoever she doesn't pick. Warren seems to be getting the Hillary vote with her, so I can see things not going well for AOC if she doesn't pick Warren. If she doesn't pick Bernie, then the progressive sect of the party (TYT, Secular Talk, Humanist Report, etc) will burn her at the stake and burn that bridge. She didn't defend Omar, either. She's in a lose-lose situation, with Pelosi's foot on her neck.

This is why if Cortez doesn't endorse Bernie or tries to play both sides by the time we get to Iowa she's gonna get bushed or called a careerist. She has clout built up with the anti-Bernie people on Twitter and she has to notice. Her volunteers were DSA members and 2016 Bernie voters so she's gotta know what time it is
Hopefully AOC gets people to register to vote in NYC before the registration date in October. NY's voting process sucks. She had to see Tiffany Caban get screwed by the local Dems? I'm reading her reddit right now and she has a post about how terrible the voting laws are there. She needs to be out campaigning with Bernie next year before Iowa
Tlaib will endorse but no one's gonna be mad with what Ilhan does between Warren/Bernie because she's got her principles and everybody respects her. Ilhan has built up some clout with Bernie -- they've worked on bills together. Plus Ilhan follows some of the ChapoTrapHouse people on Twitter and has taken a picture with them so her going with Bernie won't surprise me
Ayanna Pressley 100% will not endorse Bernie lol. Have you seen her interview during the 2016 primary breh? She sounded like Neera Tanden.
