I don’t like her including other communities but she didn’t say slavery didn’t create a chasm. And most white people didn’t own slaves.

But more white people did gain access to property through redlining which established wealth for those families. There are books that talk about this and Coates’ reparations article was mostly about property loss and housing discrimination.

That's an interesting technicality to pin your attempt to discredit her on. He's a multi-millionaire, extraordinarily rich. Since she's talking about running for President, it doesn't matter if they could win or not. The point is that maybe a candidate running for President should have some political experience before trying to get into that seat.

2. Billionaires are typically business men and have experience running corporations and making policies . I would say they are more experienced than a job like bartending. I guess taking orders and making old fashions are transferable skillset to policy making .
