Except for 2011...he put them in position to win the NFC title game but kyle Williams and the defense blew it

He did? How? Kyle was a fukk up but Alex was his typical bytch ass self afraid to make a pass beyond 5 yards. Should have never gotten to OT in the 1st place. I have no idea what people see in this guy..at leas ta guy like Cutler or Stafford can tempt you with their upside, cannon arms, the occasional beastly game.....but wha does Smith do that make people believe in him?

Of course

U still can't say he didn't put them in position to win before kyle fukked up tho

In terms of what? He had countless chances to actually win the game and proceeded to throw balls at the feet of his receivers....Eli played so poorly but was able to crawl back cuz of the many stalled drives due in large part to Alex. Luckily for him, Kyle had money on the game and overshadowed just how poor Alex was despite throwing 2 TDs.

Hell no!! The fukk game did you watch? He missed opportunity after opportunity on deep throws, resulting in things falling at the feet of Khle Williams.

Low key...

Cam is putting up Alex Smith numbers this year :manny:

Not his fault. More of an indictment on management and play caller.

Its like he was on pace to be one of the Rodgers/Brady type major #s QB :patrice:

Now he's a game manager (who is expected to carry the offense at the same time) who is asked to make a play or two late :jbhmm:
