My drinking is really sabotaging my fitness goals my dudes. :to:

I've smartened about beer and drink way, way less than I did about a year ago (almost never now). But I still go hard with vodka sodas 2-3 nights a week (sometimes in the day :sadbron:)

Is there some magic trick I don't know about? :ehh:

Or do I just need to :childplease: at myself and stop living like Noreaga 5 years ago?

I know the answer, just akkin like a little bytch about it, I suppose

Having 20-30 drinks over the course of a night and then food after the bar :sadbron: (I'm usually only do this shyt once a week now, which is a huge improvement over before)

On the other hand, life would be boring as fukk without a little partying :ehh::leon:

One trick is to drink with soda water naturally flavored instead of actual soda. Up until last week I was drinking a pint of rum 4 days a week and far more then that the fifth day of the week. My fitness goals have not been hindered at all. The only reason I decided to switch back to weekends only is the effect it was having on my heart. Chest pains on deck.

Three days a week really shouldnt hinder you that much if you drink a clear unflavored liquor with soda water and dont exceed 1 pint(thats half of a 750ml bottle).

20-30 drinks :wtf: you go in...you must be tall and heavy to be able to take that many without dying.

Like I said in the first post I have switched almost completely over to vodka sodas. It's just the quantity I can't get a handle on. A few weeks ago things got away from me and I ended up doing 2 litre bottles of Goose during a 5 day period plus whatever I drank while I was out :wtf:

I just cut back to weekends only, and mostly just Saturday nights. If I drink through the week it's just a couple, and never beer.

You can feel the poison course through you after you worked out :sadbron:
