Isn't that Ludacris' most critically acclaimed album?

I haven't seen that anywhere. It seems that Release Therapy is the one that gets talked about the most because that's when he tried to "grow", and Word Of Mouf is the one i've heard people describe as the one that really made him a star.

But I think Chicken & Beer is the one where he really tried to make his "i'm gonna show everybody I can really rap while still being the character they like". I think he did a good job...

Kingdom Come by Jay-Z. I really don't get what's wrong with it. Yeah some of it is *** (Anything), but it's better than a lot of ppl say.

Also Relapse and Recovery by Eminem. Yeah they're still weak compared to the rest of his ****, but at least he proved he could still rap, which is good enough for me.

Relapse is very misunderstood, I think i like that album more than anything Em ever put out, it just had this dark theme and you can feel the vibe of someone letting go of drugs..

The Pillage... I remember that was like the only Wu albumto go gold that year. Like they had fallen off or something.... I was proud of it for going gold. Its a damn good album.

Was gonna say the same thing. Chicken & Beer is what made me a fan, my older bro was a Ludacris stan and he copped Chicken and Beer and we played it nonstop (come to think about it this digital age with fast food music makes us not really appreciate the shyt anymore, actually owning a physical copy and bumping it on the boombox those were the days :ahh:, I think I used to know the lyrics to damn near every song def at least a 4 mic album to me and a personal classic. I even thought Chingy went in on that "We got them guns" posse cut :russ:

"I used to snore in my sleep til this rap shyt started"

I enjoy Luda's first 4 albums a lot but people seem to hate on his catalogue :mindblown:
