Breh you telling the truth. I keep seeing people post that prime Dom was back on this track, but I just wasn't hearing it. He sounded cool, but this was in no way the Yellow Album/Get Home Safely Dom. He lost something in his spirit, just can't figure out what it is. Did something happen with dudes health?
I really wonder if being married with a kid changed his focus/passion about music. He may be so content in being a family man that he just doesn't care to put that level of effort into braggadocious raps :yeshrug:

I feel like anybody who says Dom Kennedy is "back" wasn't really a fan of Dom in the first place or wasn't really listening. Homie still sounds uninspired. "Half A Mill" started to give me hope but this verse he gave Nip was some bullshyt.
Yea, he was sounding better on that album they dropped in December, but at this point I'll take by dom Kennedy dom, that album was just aight but he could still rap. This wild cuz 2010-2014 you couldn't tell me shyt about having him in my current rappers top 5 :justwow:

So I listened to it, it's trash, the whole way through. I didn't read any replies in this thread to bias my response. It's trash. No standout tracks that I would play again.
What happened to Mailbox Money Nipsey?

The Kendrick lamar track was alright though.
The rest was boring.

Also the beats were trash.
Mailbox money had way better production.
