Genuinely asking, (not trying to argue) which games?

It seems like Epic is usually spending a ton of money on timed exclusivity
older games like Shadow Complex. obviously now it's all about their own (stupid) store

I get it that they're hoping this game will bring more business to their (wack) store. but in the end they'll sell less copies on PC (compared to if the game was also on Steam), meaning less people will experience the game, meaning they're not trying to "maximize your (their) audience"

I never understood why PC gamers give a damn about the launcher they use to play games. Right now on my PC I have launchers from Steam, EA, Microsoft, Ubisoft, and Epic and it hasn't caused any issues with me playing games. Hell I got Death Stranding for free thanks to EGS.

I just prefer to have everything in one place. I own Alan Wake on Steam. got my achievements and screenshots there too. now if I want the sequel, it will be in separate library. I also own games on EA, MS, EGS, Ubisoft, Blizzard, GOG, etc. but I seldom use those launchers, so when I do, I forget my password and shyt. then I gotta wait to update the launcher and the game. I keep Steam running, so everything always up to date. none of it is a big deal, but it's just not convenient

bought Metro Exodus on EGS, and had to go to the Steam Forums when I had issues :francis:

and the shyt EGS does with exclusives is wack. they want to force people to use their platform by holding games hostage. they fronted like their 88/12 split was gonna make games cheaper for consumers, but that hasn't been true. out here giving away games, like a dude giving away candy in a white van

shyt's wack. I got a backlog, and plenty more games coming out on my preferred storefront. fukk EGS across the belly, proves they lost already :camby:

How’s the original remastered?

Never played it but this game got me interested, might play through before this drops

(Somehow with everything else dropping)

Will be interesting to see what the reviews are like. Got Alan Wake Remastered via PS+, but don't really want to play through that. Might just hop into this one.
