It won't affect patients yet, but clinics are going to have to upgrade their insurance, and will absolutely pass that cost on to the consumers. They may shut down entirely and move out of state.I'm sorry, can someone explain this? Its saying that the person that broke in is liable, because the in-vitro embryos are humans that have rights, right? I'm not getting the connection on how this affects families of that use in-vitro fertilization. Or is it because they're using the bible verse to make the ruling?
