Trubisky got drafted and only started 13 games, Haskins is about to be the top QB taken and has only started 14, he stayed for a reason and I don’t think much of it had to do with “fake Boy Scout loyalty shyt”, he never had a QB coach until this season when Enos came on so he wanted to develop as a passer as his goal is to be an NFL QB, Jalen will be fine.

Both players didn't already have a years worth of tape of them struggling . Even if he balls out scouts will point to the years he didn't look so great at Bama. When you have limited starts & minimal bad performances you can make excuses to keep your stock high.
