Ok after I read espn new article about the shooting.The victims vehicle turned off its headlights and circled behind their vehicle twice. The second time the boyfriend moved his girl and her cousin too the other side of the vehicle. Thats when the 2 got out of miller car and he leaves.I dont see how the 2 guys dont beat this charge if the police recovered a weapon from the other vehicle.
