I wonder how some of y'all cats would feel if the young sister who got murdered was a close family member of yours, I'm willing to bet you wouldn't be cool with Miller still playing.
The ones who murdered her are going to rot in jail.....

How would y’all feel if Miller was a close family member and the media/public was trying to convict him of murder and make him out to be a monster?

But there are people in this thread and beyond arguing he should be suspended. So the question is valid as to what purpose his suspension causes. If the answer is "you don't need a reason to suspend him" well then it's clear to see why the University is ignoring such complaints

Darius Miles is a significantly worse player, probably not worth the trouble. Oh, and he's also useless, seeing he's locked up in jail right now.
You just answered a completely different question than what he asked. The question you answered, which is the correct and valid one, is ‘what did he do to warrant suspension’.

He asked ‘what does a suspension do’. :wtf:

That’s moving the goalpost and a quick way to get lured into a stupid debate. Apply that same question to the shooter Davis. ‘What will jail do?’ shyt, make him a better criminal? Turn him Muslim? idk?!!’ :why:

He’s going to be punished bc his crime warrants it, not bc of ‘what it’s gon do’

Tl:Dr- it’s a trick question

Now I probably would suspend him and other for that lil pat down shyt they did. Thats just bad optics.

If they didn't suspend him for bringing the murder weapon to a murder, they ain't gonna suspend him for bad optics. Alabama has clearly shown what they care about is the bottom line, and the Alabama fanbase isn't going to hold their feet to the fire.

This is so silly.

A witness playing basketball wouldn’t affect my feelings

Why do you want to bad for Miller to be an accomplice to a murder?

He’s been cleared through evidence and investigation but that isn’t a enough for you

I actually would desperately prefer that he had decided to have nothing to do with it. Then she'd most likely still be alive. You're the one who seems to not give a shyt.

Roll Tide! That's what you said earlier, right?

Do you not realise that ownership of the gun doesn't make the slightest legal or moral difference? The girl would be just as dead no matter who the gun belongs to. If it had been Miller's own gun, he still wouldn't have been charged. But if Miller had texted back in a manner that proved he knew they were intending what we know they were intending, then any non-famous person would be charged with accessory to murder regardless of who owned the gun. No one ends up more or less dead because of whose name is on the papers of the gun that kills them.
