The text said: "I need my joint a n****r rl jus got a fakin."

If you get that text at 1:38am from someone asking you to bring them a loaded gun to the streets and you don't realize what's up, you're a fukking idiot.

He hasn't actually made that defense. Coli capers lied and claimed he made that defense. The lawyer is running with the, "He didn't know they were going to do anything illegal" defense and hasn't once said that he didn't see the text or didn't know the gun was in his car.

Even if he hadn't seen the text, there is zero reason for Miles to send that text and expect Miller to show up with his gun unless Miller already knows where the gun is.

That text doesn't indicate they were about to commit a crime or shoot someone. It sounds more like some shyt went down and he needed protection.

Miller didn't know what happened before hand just that Miles needed his gun. He brought it to him, Miles gave the gun to the other guy, and he started shooting. There's no way Miller knew Miles was going to give someone else the gun based on that text.

I read that on ESPN that he didn't read it til he arrived ,and he was already on the way.If the gun was legally his how can he be in trouble for its owner getting it back.Do yall even know the law on what qualifies you as a accessory. They charge people and build cases of laws being broken not feelings.
No, and neither does anyone else. :beli:Practically anything can be deemed accessory, or accessory after the fact. And it’s gonna vary from state to state

And to your point of charging and building off laws, actually they charge based on suspicion and probable cause, and build the CASE on laws . They find you guilty or innocent based on “laws”.

So the arguments and explanations some people are making even if they’re 1000% correct, the larger point is he’s lucky he’s giving that explanation on Twitter and not in state court.

So THAT is why some of us ain’t :salute:that he dropped 40 like he’s some martyr. Not saying he should be charged with murder eitther. But I really hope he learns a lesson from this and isnt on some ‘wrong place wrong time they just hatin on me’ type mindset

The way some of you are being disingenuous rn :wtf: If this nikka really said bring me my joint at that time of night, he clearly knew what he was pulling up for. And I like how dudes are saying he’s innocent because of what his lawyer put out :mjlol: it’s his fukkin job to make his client look innocent

This isn't sitting right with me..no way dude should be playing imo. He shouldn't even be on campus imo

I hate to play this card but the reason is cause the victim is a black woman. They can sweep it under the rug cause they only see money and don't care about the black community. If it was Becky that got killed this whole story would be covered completely different in the media and the punishment would be severe.

If the state could easily prove he knew what was going on he’d be in jail. You believing he knew why dude wanted his gun ain’t getting no conviction. It ain’t about what he did it’s about what you can PROVE he did and based on the little info we know if they hit him with accessory a damn court appointed attorney could have got his ass off of this shyt

Suspicion and probable cause of you breaking a law and also cases get thrown out in probable cause court all the time. You can prove when a text message was viewed in court and this is on camera. The guys that Ray Lewis snitched on all beat they cases and you want me to believe this guy going down for this.

That’s the whole point of my post bruh. They/ray Lewis was out on bail. For ray, incident was January, acquitted in June. Complete off-season.

Miller can’t afford even a smudge of pending lititagtion if for no other reason the timing. Even the smallest litigation would = no march madness, no title chances, and draft in June it’s be still up in the air so it would effect his draft status too. All of this even if he’d be found not guilty and/or it’s a light charge

And keep in mind 6 months is on the fast side. Nipsey’s killer ain’t go to trial for 2 years. You have no idea what these corporations would do and how expendable you are they will sit your ass tf down rather than risk bad optics. Look at Deshaun Watson. I’m pretty sure he didn’t commit a crime. Never charged. Never indicted. And still, NFL made him sit just to protect themselves from optics. (And THEN suspended him). Is it fair? Hell nah. But that’s the reality we live in. He’s lucky
