They do that in a lot of renders to give you a "this is what it will be like" feel. A lot of these renders in Asia usually show restaurants with misspelled names on the storefronts. I've worked with a company that had a rendering with restaurants that said "Bulger Kang" and "Stalbuccs"

nothing.

just visited when I was younger. got interested in Senegal again when a relative was talking about expanding real estate over there. I follow african economics and projects very closely, so I know of most of the big development over there.
