For the same reason in 2025 you can still go to grocery stores and see National Enquirers. You're allowed an amount of leeway before you're open to litigation and he plays there and ups the ante for content. But he knows what he'll end up in court for and what he won't

Somebody said streamers are the new forums, it's more than that. They're the modern form of everything if you think about it. Forums, gossip rags, tv commercials, even tv shows. And if that's the case, Ak is Jerry Springer/Maury tier. Degenerate, low frequency content that pushes the envelope but knows where the bar is and what'll get the show cancelled on the network and brushes right up against it but never passes it
