Big E played the sexism card and called Kait a great fit for whoever the Secret Admirer is' kitchen where she should make them sandwiches.
From my pov that - if it means anything - basically screams that Big E is not the Secret Admirer.

Actually, it doesn't mean anything, but I imagine the reveal will be weeks away and they prolly haven't officially decided on who it will be yet.
