Imagine paying a nikka 7-9 million for 1 year of college basketball :mjlol:

Dude sound like the UNLV QB

one and dones don't even guarantee winning.

so you could be paying for a 1st round exit vs a 6'1 24-year-old old who got hot in the tournament

It’s BYU’s to lose as of late. Only other program on his list that would take an individual over prioritizing their class would maybe be Jerome Tang. But I doubt they could come up with half that and Tang is already used to doing more with less

BYU was pretty decent last year tho, so it’s not like he’s going to a team of bums or a bad HC. I could see them having a season like the Texas KD team (if he really pops).
Nobody else is meeting that prize. The prize to get in the door was at least 2 million

No school is able to offer that much “NIL” or even close to it lol. It’s just some Mormon billionaire willing to pay him 5-6 mil but the other schools are only offering a mil or so. Most college bball programs only have like a 2-3 mil NIL budget for the whole roster.

The BYU offer is most likely in the 4-5 mil range, if that. The other schools are in the 800k to 1.5 mil range. Most of these schools NIL budget for their entire rosters is only like 2-3 mil a year.
