They're worse than greyhound. Only took this stupid ass airline because there were no directs and Delta was $1000 more.

For delays also???!! This is major major. Spirit and Frontier airlines stay late everytime because they don't have gate priority at most of these airport compared to the more brand name airlines. I seriously csnt see how they gona survive like this. Frontier probably saw the writing on the wall and is probably the reason they push seasonal flight passes with unlimited flights. This probably negates them from refunding flights since the person is buying a season pass. Idk but there is limited reason for my to buy extra for any other airlines if this is the case.

Spirit is already headed to chapter 7, this will be the mail in the coffin.

I sat on the tarmac for 3 hours in Philly in March


They had the nerve to say. Hey yall can leave the plane and get refreshments and stretch but you can’t re board. So everyone stayed on. Then after 3 hours they said we had to leave and go back to the terminal. So we all disembarked…. Only to be told to re board again 20 minutes later
