I'd hardly call Foley or The Rock "top tier workers".
The most memorable matches of many wrestlers involve Foley. Undertaker, Rock, Triple H, Edge, Orton, and the list goes on.

Add HBK to that listThe most memorable matches of many wrestlers involve Foley. Undertaker, Rock, Triple H, Edge, Orton, and the list goes on.

I said memorable. I didn't say that they were their greatest matches. And one could argue that Triple H's feud with Foley was one of the most significant in his career.Everyone except Orton has had better matches with other people

Depends on what you consider a worker.
The point was that both guys can more than hold their own but will never be known for dragging classics out of anybody.
Foley? Who cares about him. Rock has carried WMs, Summerslams, Survivor Series. People actually paid to see him wrestle. Rock's matches on Raw were more watched than Razor, Shawn Michaels, Goldberg, Taker, Austin....all them nyggas. So his "work" was the thing to see when he was going strong.
Everyone surpassed HHH on the GOAT list no matter what he or the company tells us![]()
Ohhh, so that's what defines a good worker
I guess Hulk Hogan was 1000x the worker that Daniel Bryan or Eddie Guerrero were then.
