I can show you hundreds of videos where LEO's didn't use discretion or patience and escalated an encounter just because a citizen asserted their rights. Cops are usually more patient with drunk people, because they understand they're out of your mind.

The drunk police cam videos always got the most fukkery. There is one of this white lady on a bridge with her kid. I think she slipped her handcuffs like 5 times. And had super human strength against 4 cops.
