That makes absolutely no sense and a redneck's line of thinking. Especially when the fans clearly were going more towards Rock by the end of 99..they were cheering for the Rock like he was a god...chanting Rocky at WCW PPV main events. Shows and video games were named after the Rock..not Austin. Booker T was basically complying the Rock all.of 2000 in WCW.

98 and 99 austin was more popular by a landslide

Rocky was doing jobs to every top tier moving in the Attitude era. Austin had the benefit of being bulletproof storyline wise

The fact that even with that its still a 1/1a situation tells me that Rock > Stone Cold

I was like, nah. Vince himself will tell you Austin was the biggest of all time. But for Austin to not be in your top 3 is insane.

Vince said as much on that Mania of WrestleMania documentary.

As far as GOATs are concerned, I'm terrible when it comes to making lists, whether it be for movies, rappers, athletes, or professional wrestlers, but I do know if I had a list, Austin and Macho Man would definitely be on it. I wouldn't feel right not including them.
