I feel like Tannehill is being a little overrated right now. He isn't asked to do as much as the other QB's. 4TD's 6INT's and he's 30th in the league with only 203 pass attempts. He has been ok, but nothing great. And to say he's playing better than Luck is ridiculious.

On the other hand I think Weeden is being underrated. Of all the rookies he's 2nd in TD's, 2nd in yards(12th in the league), and 2nd in YPG. He does have 10 INT's, 4 of which were in his 1st game. But lets be honest here, Weeden has been pretty good. We should've beat Indy but Josh Gordon dropped a perfect TD pass from Weeden. Little dropped a TD against Baltimore which would've given us a better chance to win. Not Weedens fault the Browns are 2-6, had we had Haden for those 4 games he missed and receivers who could catch then we would have 2-3 more wins.

except win the game when our running game gets shutdown ?

I said he hasn't been asked to do as much as the other QB's. Is that not true?

well...

before the jets game where he got hurt,

dude was 64/96 839 yds 3TDs 2 INT in the 3 games where our running game was held to 200 yds combined....

I'd say that being asked to put the team on his shoulder which he's done in a stellar way when asked to

RG3 A+ while Luck who's playing better and has a better record B?

:duck:

Luck really aint playing better, he is playing well but he isn't completing at the percentage rate or being as safe with the ball.

Luck has a few multiple int games already, record is such a team thing i`m not giving any of these rookies full responsibility for their record. Wilson's team is 4-4, but really should be 3-5 and owe that record mainly to their defense

Percentage rate means shyt when you're passing more often and more yards per attempt than any other QB in the league

what matters is 4 game winning drives (colts gave up 80 yard miracle bombs with less than minute left to lose one to jags)

what matters is taking a 2-14 squad of bums and doubling their win total in 7 games

what matters is having the highest win percentage at this point of the season than any other #1 drafted QB ever :heh:

you're gonna get it on Sunday anyway, so it really doesn't matter

:mindblown: did you watch tape or just skim thru it

I thought he was an over-hyped guy with "skills" who didn't have enough time at the QB position to come in and play well off the jump.

I`m not a big college football fan so I can't say I sifted through hours of game footage or watched him with a fine tooth comb.

The whole situation just didn't look good considering the team he was going to and their weapons, or lack thereof.

so what has significantly changed about this years Colts compared to last years team that was the worst in the league, that has allowed them to double their win total and already be in the middle of the playoff hunt.

What additions did they make that allowed them to be so much better :leostare:

This same team (with more playmakers) was dumpster status a few months ago

dude, they had fukking Curtis Painter playing at QB for them, any of the rookie QB would've produce more wins than that bum

pretty much, but that was smartly countered by bringing in his whole college playbook and o-coordinator with him to the NFL

luck is a good qb already and hes a huge improvement from fukking painter. shyt, orlovsky was a huge improvement from painter as he was actually able to get the ball to wayne and shyt.

not to mention, last years colts defense just gave up in multiple games.

I like luck and hes looked like hes finna be a great qb like many thought. but you cant just use that winning percentage bullshyt.

curtis painter didn't play the whole season, kerry collins started and it took Dan fukking Orlovsky to go under center before the team got a win

The team as a whole was garbage last year. Take away more of their limited weapons and add Andrew Luck and they're magically in playoff contention and doubled their entire last seasons win total in 7 games :ohhh:

What a fukking coincidence right :rudy:
can you tell me the head coach, offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator this year and last year ? are they the same ?

They got rid of one of the worst coaches in the NFL.

Jim Caldwell was a fukking clown, one of the biggest crony hires in NFL history

BTW, this thrad in no way is ranking them as prospects or career talents, it's just a grading for 8 weeks of football.

Keep that in perspective

which translates to- throw the ball as you like joe Ill be just collecting this paycheck :win:
